Soccer Squirts is for 4 and 5 year olds who want emphasis on building soccer skills.
Soccer Squirts do not have to be enrolled in kindergarten.
 Soccer Squirts registration form. Pee-Wee Soccer is for kids enrolled in kindergarten who want emphasis on game play.
Since all Pee-Wee games are at the same time, we do not accept carpool requests.

Girls Spring Lacrosse is for girls in grades 3-8.
Lacrosse registration is closed.
Registration forms for the coming lax season are posted in December.
SOCCER REGISTRATION FEES
On-time registration is: $90 per child + $25 soccer family surcharge* = Total: $115
Late registration is: $90 per child + $25 soccer family surcharge* + $30 late fee = Total $145
* SOCCER FAMILY SURCHARGE INFORMATION
The soccer family surcharge is effective for Fall and Spring seasons. The time period runs from Fall to Fall and the surchange is paid
once during that time. The soccer family surcharge applies only to soccer registrations and not lacrosse. The surchange can
be paid through either the travel or intramural registrations.
LACROSSE REGISTRATION FEES
On-time registration is: $90 per child + $25 lacrosse family surcharge** = Total: $115
Late registration is: $90 per child + $25 lacrosse family surcharge** + $30 late fee = Total $145
** LACROSSE FAMILY SURCHARGE INFORMATION
The lacrosse family surcharge applies to lacrosse only. If you have a child or children in soccer you
still have to pay the family surcharge for lacrosse.
Incomplete forms will not be processed until we receive a completed form and payment.
If the registration deadline passes, the form will be considered late and will incur late fees.
Help us help you by turning in completed registration forms before the deadline.
REGISTERING FOR THE COMING SEASON
Registration deadline for Fall soccer is June 30th.
Registration deadline for Spring soccer is January 31st.
Registration deadline for Girls Spring lacrosse is January 31st.
Fall soccer registration forms are posted in May. Spring soccer and lacrosse forms are available in October.

LATE REGISTRATIONS
GCVSA tries to honor all late registrations. The later the registration, the less likely your
special requests and carpool will be honored. No late registrations will be considered unless
we receive a complete registration form with proper payment. Please do not call coaches
and ask if your child can be placed on his or her team. All registrations must be processed
and placed via the registrar.
