Deadlines:
Registration deadline for Fall Rec. and Pee-wee soccer is June 30th.
Registration deadline for Spring Rec. and Pee-wee soccer is Jan. 31st.
Fall soccer registration forms are posted in May.
Spring soccer forms are available in October.

On-time Registration Fees:
Rec Soccer: $90 per child + $25 soccer family surcharge* = Total: $115
Pee-wee Soccer: $90 per child + $25 soccer family surcharge* = Total: $115
Soccer Squirts: $65 per child (no surcharge)

Late Registration Fees:
Rec Soccer: $90 per child + $25 soccer family surcharge* + $30 late fee = Total $145
Rec Soccer: $90 per child + $25 soccer family surcharge* + $30 late fee = Total $145
Soccer Squirts: $65 per child (no surcharge, no late fee)

* Soccer Family Surcharge
The soccer family surcharge is effective for all Travel, Rec. and Pee-Wee soccer players in a family. The time period runs from Fall to Fall and the surchange is paid once during that time. The soccer family surcharge applies only to soccer registrations and not lacrosse. The surchange can be paid through either the Travel, Rec. or Pee-Wee registrations.

Incomplete Forms
Incomplete forms will not be processed until we receive a completed form and payment. If the registration deadline passes, the form will be considered late and will incur late fees. Help us help you by turning in completed registration forms before the deadline.

Late Registrations
GCVSA tries to honor all late registrations and find spots on teams. However, the later the registration, the less likely your special requests will be honored. Carpool forms are not honored with late registrations and please do not contact coaches asking to be placed on his/her team. All registrations must be processed and placed via the registrar.
