Registration Deadlines:
Fall Season, August 1st
Spring Season, March 14th
Any forms or payments postmarked after the season deadline will be considered late and
subject to a $15 late fee.
Soccer Squirts Costs:
Postmarked on or before the deadline: the cost is $65/child.
Postmarked after the deadline: the cost is $80/child.
Squirts Time Slots:
On the registration form, select which tuesday time slot you'd prefer. Classes are 50 minutes long and run for 6 weeks.
All sessions will be held at the GCVSA Complex located behind Bryn Mawr Rehab.
Squirts use the area next to the snack bar parking lot. Rainout information will be posted on the website.
Processing Registrations:
GCVSA will not process your registration until a complete form and proper payment has been received.
If the balance of payment arrives after the deadline, the registration is considered late. Please
complete the forms properly and legibly.
Each group will have at least 12 but no more than 18 kids. Groups will be filled on a first
come-first served basis. You will be contacted if your registration is NOT accepted. GCVSA
reserves the right to cancel a session due to lack of enrollment.
Communication by Email More and more, GCVSA and coaches use email instead of
the phone. Please write your email address clearly and legibly on the form so that it is correctly given
to the coach. Give us an address that you will check regularly.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued for medical purposes only. No other refund requests will be considered.
The medical occurrence must have happened before
the first game is played at the start of the season. Requests must be made in writing and accompanied
by a physician's statement. A $25 processing fee will be assessed on the registration fee.
Season Start and End Parents must check the GCVSA website for the season start date.
Classes are 50 minutes long and run for 6 weeks. Come at the time slot you select on the form.
